Re-designed with the business goals to increase conversion rates and improve the brand experience. User research showed that conversion rates increase with exposure to local work examples and closeness of showroom locations. Dramatically re-thought the franchise user experience by having users start with local franchisee content and blending-in national content and branding.

Served as user experience architect in project team distributed over 4 locations. Formulated the digital strategy. Created the site architecture, 23 wireframes, and 6 prototypes.

The new design increased conversion rate by 11%.
